Standard Delivery InformationGoods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers within 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. We do aim to achieve delivery within 5 working days but this cannot be taken as a guarantee. We do not offer a next day delivery service. We do not operate a weekend or bank holiday despatch and deliveries may take longer during these periods. Standard Delivery Charge is only charged at £2.50 to UK mainland customers only. Delivery to the Western Isles of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland together with some other UK postal addresses are subject to supplementary delivery charges or longer delivery times. If in any doubt as to whether this applies to your area, please contact customer services here Christmas DeliveriesThe last date you should place your order for christmas deliveries is 17th December 2009, any orders placed after this date may not reach you until after the christmas holiday period and we cannot be held liable for any delays or additional time taken to make deliveries. ReturnsWe must be informed by e-mail or telephone if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 7 days of receipt, at which stage we can take action in line with our general Terms and Conditions of sale. The item must be returned within 21 days from date of receipt. To return a faulty item you must email party@partycrew.co.uk and inform us of the item, your full contact details, date of purchase and the reason for returning the item. 7 Day Cooling off period: If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Party Crew then you may return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund. If the exchanged item is for a higher price then you are liable to pay the difference. Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly. All non-faulty returns can only be accepted in the same condition they were sent out in the original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed and having been unworn or unused.
